Madalyn Suits
Growing up outside St. Louis, Madalyn heard the rumblings of real estate deals being made. So it was no surprise to her family when she joined the “family business” and wound up helping open the first Atlanta Keller Williams Realty Office.
“Mad,” as she sometimes signs her emails, is known to her friends as being as honest as they come. But they ask her opinion anyway. Maybe that’s one of the reasons she’s so liked by her clients.
When she’s not working with her clients, she stays busy with her four kids, Lindsey, Hunter, twins Abbey and Mallory, and husband Jeff, who happens to complement her real estate business with his Hallmark Funding Mortgage Company. Her family is very active at Buckhead Church and supports several charities and local school and sports clubs. It’s cool to know she is a wicked tennis player, enjoys Pilates, watches her kids play sports, and has a generous spirit.
Madalyn doesn’t like shopping, but she does like the thrill of a bargain. And she goes out of her way to find them for her clients. Perhaps that’s why they keep coming back. The biggest question she gets asked is how does she do it all? She loves her family and real estate!
Nina Harris
You’d have to listen really close to Nina talk to realize she’s from Aiken, South Carolina. Hardly a Southern drawl at all.
Always active and on her way to do something, her husband, Jay, often refers to her as a tornado. You might spot them at a restaurant for a nice dinner out, or perhaps pass Nina pushing Isaac and Emery in a double jogger stroller running a 5K race! And if you see her running the neighborhood, her Maltese Max will be stowed below the kids in the stroller, while running the 70 lb Golden Doodle Oli beside them!
Behind the beautiful smile is a tough negotiator. Perhaps that’s why her clients want her to be on their side. She also keeps her clients in check when their love of a home gets in the way of making a sound real estate decision.
Family means everything to Nina. It’s the loyalty, honesty compassion and caring. Those same sentiments that bind her family together tie her to her clients. In fact, more than one client says she treats them like family.
Pam Adams
The newest member of the Suits Team is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of real estate experience in the Atlanta market. A founding member of the Keller Williams, Peachtree Battle office and previously with Harry Norman Realtors for 8 years she is a LifeTime Member of the Million Dollar Club, a Member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and is an Accredited Relocation Specialist. Having started her career with The Ritz-Carlton hotel companies and becoming a Certified Quality Engineer, Pam prides herself on her exceptional customer service and is a natural within the service industry.
A native of Richmond, Virginia, and a graduate of Hollins College, she has lived in Atlanta for over 20 years. Pam and her husband John have two children, Beau and Gillian and dogs Molly and Murphy. They enjoy an active family life including sporting events, community activities and volunteering with their church.
Kim Sidey
Kim is the Listings & Office Manager for The Suits Team. She was born and raised in a small town just outside of Atlanta where her parents and two brothers still reside. She now lives in Dunwoody, just miles from where her husband grew up.
A graduate of UGA, Kim came to Atlanta to pursue her career in advertising. Over recent years, her career path shifted to marketing. She has continued to work in the marketing field as her family has grown. She is a mom to three children, Weston, Cate and Emma. Her attention to detail and client customer service make her a great addition to The Suits Team. She and her husband Robb, celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary this year. When not at work for The Suits Team or playing with the kids, she enjoys playing tennis, reading and attending Georgia football games in the Fall.
Anne Sigg
The closing coordinator for The Suits Team is a native Floridian, but spent her elementary years in beautiful New Hampshire, a perfect place to spend your childhood! She is from a big family (5 kids), and has a HUGE extended family…8 aunts and uncles and 68 first cousins alone! Most everyone in her family is in the home building business, so this position suits her life-style and interests.
She left her corporate job when she became a mom to her son, Owen, and now she enjoys spending hours with him building sand castles and playing make-believe. She and her husband, Chris, recently celebrated their 10th year of marriage and are going strong!
Anne is skilled in project management and loves to provide the highest service to her clients, so please feel free to call her when needed. She may be a behind the scenes team member, but is always available to help with your referrals!
