Madalyn Suits

Growing up outside St. Louis, Madalyn heard the rumblings of real estate deals being made. So it was no surprise to her family when she joined the “family business” and wound up helping open the first Atlanta Keller Williams Realty Office.

“Mad,” as she sometimes signs her emails, is known to her friends as being as honest as they come. But they ask her opinion anyway. Maybe that’s one of the reasons she’s so liked by her clients.

When she’s not working with her clients, she stays busy with her four kids, Lindsey, Hunter, and twins Abbey and Mallory or enjoys hanging out with husband, Jeff. It’s cool to know she's a wicked tennis player, and has a generous spirit.

Madalyn doesn’t like shopping, but she does like the thrill of a bargain. And she goes out of her way to find them for her clients. Perhaps that’s why they keep coming back.

Nina Harris

You’d have to listen really closely to Nina talk to realize she’s from Aiken, South Carolina. Hardly a Southern drawl at all.

Always active and on her way to do something, you can catch her and husband, Jason on the courts, working out or strolling their new baby boy, Isaac. Nina also has two other boys in the family, dogs Ollie and Max. She loves a new adventure too. That includes looking at homes with clients. “It can’t be a job if I’m having this much fun,” she says.

Behind the beautiful smile is a tough negotiator. Perhaps that’s why her clients want her to be on their side. She also keeps her clients in check when their love of a home gets in the way of making a sound real estate decision.

Family means everything to Nina. It’s the loyalty, honesty compassion and caring. Those same sentiments that bind her family together tie her to her clients. In fact, more than one client says she treats them like family.

Kathlin Kleem

Kathlin (pronounced just like it’s spelled!), is an actual native to Atlanta. Born in Stone Mountain and a graduate of UGA, she loves this city and all it has to offer. Kathlin is the only girl in a family of three boys…so she has spent her life walking fast to keep up and talking even faster to get a word in. Never hesitate to ask her to slow down!

Before joining the team, Kathlin worked as a paralegal for over 4 years. She is very detail oriented and seems to thrive on the pressure of a dead-line. She is great at anticipating problems and acting to avoid them before they are an issue.

She has a great sense of community and when she’s not in the office, she can be seen around town planting and mulching trees with Trees Atlanta or out for a run with her two dogs.

Amanda Churchwell

Amanda grew up in Dawsonville, GA when it was just a small town north of Atlanta and always dreamed of the big city life. She made her way to the “big city” 10 years ago and has a drive for success like none other. She has an unprecedented passion for helping others and values her relationships. Her sparkling personality and realist opinions make her one-of-a-kind.   

Starting her Real Estate Career performing marketing tactics with a Developer, she quickly moved on to take a lead sales role at a community in North Atlanta.  Shortly after her time with her developer, she fell in love with Keller Williams Realty and has been with them for 5 years.  The biggest attraction for her to Keller Williams was the culture and people. She has become an expert with her knowledge of contracts, has led numerous training classes, and brings a fun and contagious energy to the office!  She has a magnetic personality and is always up for a good laugh!

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, playing coed softball, and checking out the newest restaurants in town.  She values family tremendously and has been happily married to Todd for almost 4 years.  She and her husband also have an 11 year old lab mix named Mia, who is their world! 

KARLA BRAVO

The newest member of The Suits Team is working as a bi-lingual buyer’s agent.  If you or anyone you know are looking for a Spanish speaking real estate agent, she can help you.

She and her husband, Pavel Chica, moved here from Ecuador six years ago and currently live in Woodstock.  They have four wonderful children, three boys and a girl, Jose, Pavel, Jonathan, and Waleska.

Carolyn Matulich

Carolyn is the Virtual Assistant and Listings Coordinator for The Suits Team. Born and raised in Atlanta, she has seen many changes around town over the years. Growing up in a family that was very active in real estate, she developed a passion for the business early on. She now lives only a few miles away from the house she grew up in and loves to call Dunwoody home. Carolyn comes from a big family (the youngest of 5 siblings) who all remain in Atlanta.

A graduate of UGA, Carolyn left her non-profit career in event marketing shortly after she became a mom to her two children, Carter and Olivia. Her attention to detail and client customer service make her a great addition to The Suits Team. She and her husband Christian, will celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary this year. When not at work for The Suits Team or playing with the kids, she enjoys playing tennis, running and attending Georgia football games in the Fall.

ANNE SIGG

The closing coordinator for The Suits Team is a native Floridian, but spent her elementary years in beautiful New Hampshire, a perfect place to spend your childhood! She is from a big family (5 kids), and has a HUGE extended family...8 aunts and uncles and 68 first cousins alone! Most everyone in her family is in the home building business, so this position suits her life-style and interests.

She left her corporate job when she became a mom to her son, Owen, and now she enjoys spending hours with him building sand castles and playing make-believe. She and her husband, Chris, recently celebrated their 10th year of marriage and are going strong!

Anne is skilled in project management and loves to provide the highest service to her clients, so please feel free to call her when needed. She may be a behind the scenes team member, but is always available to help with your referrals!
